THE PROFILE OF A SUCCESSFUL TAB MASTER FRANCHISEE

The minimum personal net worth for a Master Franchisee is US$250,000 – US$350,000, depending on the size of the Master Franchise territory.
Unless the Master Franchisee involves partners, the Master Franchisee needs to make a commitment to focus business activities full-time on building the TAB business. If the Master Franchisee includes two or more people, the collective commitment of those involved in the Master Franchisee needs to be at least the equivalent of 100% focus.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL MONTH LOOK LIKE FOR A TAB MASTER FRANCHISEE?
Each new TAB Master Franchisee is expected to personally facilitate one TAB board and coach the members of that board. This requires marketing to prospects and selling prospects on becoming members of that board. Market to meet with prospective TAB unit franchisees to determine if you feel they are qualified to be effective TAB facilitator/coaches and enter them into a franchise agreement with new unit franchisees. You will be involved in some of the training for your unit franchisees before they start operating their TAB business.
